Dr. Pavel Dubinetsky DMD is a graduate of California State University-Sacramento and Roseman University of Health Sciences. Dr. Dubinetsky has been practicing cosmetic and family dentistry in the SE Valley serving residents of Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Phoenix, Mesa and Tempe for the last 6 years. Previously the associate dentist of Savage Smiles and other nearby practices… he purchased Savage Smiles from Dr. Bob in 2026 to continue serving the patients that have come to depend on his compassionate care.
Shileen Downs, Office Manager/Insurance Expert
Shileen was born in Wyoming and moved to Arizona in 1989.
She has been in the dental field for over 20 years, has previous experience with hands-on dental assisting in the early years.
She joined Dr. Savage’s practice in 2001.
Whether your question is regarding implants, billing, or procedures, Shileen will always be able to answer you or find you the answer in a timely manner.
Shileen has one daughter Ryann and a son, Aidan.
When away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and baking, watching movies or riding bikes with her children.

Dr. Pavel Dubinetsky, DMD
Dr. Pavel Dubinetsky DMD is a respected and top-rated local Chandler dentist. He has served the community for years as an associate doctor at several close by dental offices in addition to Savage Smiles. In 2026 after working at the practice for many years, he purchased it from the original owner Robert Savage, to continue the type of care the South Chandler AZ, Gilbert, Ocotillo (Sun Lakes) & Tempe area has come to expect. He personally reviews every patient’s current condition, dental history and any concerns they might have and crafts a recommended treatment plan to address all issues.
During your consultation, he explains your unique situation and state of health with affordable options for any necessary or advised procedures or treatments so you can best select an educated path to wellness for yourself. With his experienced cosmetic dentistry knowledge, his offices welcome new patients and families of all ages from senior adults to older children and even infants.
Most days ‘same day appointments’ are available and are often “in-network” for most Delta Dental insurance holders and accepts most PPO. In addition to Russian, this is a dentist that speaks Ukrainian.
